Lynn Agency, Inc. offers personal care services to the chronically ill, elderly, or physically disabled individuals in their home. They include assistance with personal care, activities of daily living, meal prep, light housekeeping, and escort to medical appointments. Services are covered by Medicaid through Managed Long Term Care Programs and or private pay. If you do not have Medicaid, you may qualify for eligibility.
